FEES & PAYMENTS

BAND FEES

2023-2024 Band Fees

There are 4 basic costs:

1. Marching Band Fees - $375.00
Everyone in marching band pays this, regardless of section.

2. Uniform Fees - These vary greatly depending on your section. (See document above.) At a minimum you will need to purchase shoes for $38. Some sections - such as color guard, will need to purchase multiple items.

3. Instruments - Some instruments are provided while others are not (See document above)

4. Optional Special Event Fees - Prices for events like honor bands, trips or awards banquets will be posted as they come available.

You MUST register in charms before you will be able to order equipment
or pay band fees. Use the link below to register, if you have not done so already:

PAYMENTS

​​We use Charms to manage band account payments. You'll receive an emailed invoice with your student charges. You must be registered in Charms. Please remember to add your parent information to receive emails.
 
There's an option to pay online and there is a minimal service fee. This service fee will show up as a donation when you pay, but on your receipt it will be correctly stated as the service fee.

Check payments are an option as well. Please do not send cash. Make checks out to "RHHSBB" and either drop them in the "RED BOX"  located in Mr. Hendricks' office or mail checks to:

FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES

If you cannot make the above payments on time, please email treas.rhhsbb@gmail.com.

NO STUDENT will be prohibited from Marching Band due to FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.
