Hello, all. And a warm welcome to our new band families. I'm your band boosters treasurer, Dave London, and I want you to know about costs and payments for your band student. 

REGISTRATION- You won't be able to order equipment or pay band fees until you register for band. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER. That will give me the information needed to set up your account, put you in the uniform order form, and email invoices to you. 

COSTS

There are three basic costs:

  • Band Fee

    • $360 due July 1st​

  • Uniform Costs 

    • Varies depending on what you need​ (see uniform cost breakdowns below)

    • Color Guard uniform costs are due May 15th

  • Special Event Fees

    • Prices for things like the annual trip or award banquet tickets​ will be posted as they become available

  • Student uniform t-shirts - two included in $360 marching fee

  • Family and friends t-shirts - $10 each (see "Buy T-Shirts" button below) 

  • 1ST PAIR OF GLOVES (if needed)- included in $360 marching fee

  • ADDITIONAL GLOVES (if needed) - $4

  • MARCHING SHOES - $32

  • Equipment is ordered at Uniform Day

  • UNIFORM #2- $100 

  • WHITE BOOTS- $47(girls only)

  • COMPETITION SHOES- $35 

  • BLACK SHOES- $45(boys only) 

  • BLACK AND GOLD POMS- $16

  • PINK POMS- $12

  • FLAG BAGS- $25 

  • JACKET- $75

  • Equipment is ordered at Uniform Fitting Day, the Color Guard Meeting or CLICK HERE 

PAYMENTS

  • We use Quickbooks Online to manage band account payments. You'll receive an emailed invoice with your student charges. Just input info from one of your checks and "voila" you can conveniently pay online from your bank account. Sign in/ create an account if you want Quickbooks to remember your bank information for your next transaction.

 

  • There's also an option to pay by credit/ debit card for a fee. Look for the yellow "Link to activate Credit Card Payments" button on this page to activate.

  • Check payments take awhile (there's over 200 kids and only one me). Please do not send cash. Make checks out to "RHHSBB" and either drop them in the "RED BOX"  located in Dr. Kiene's office or mail checks to:

FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES

 

If you cannot make the above payments on time, please email me at treas.rhhsbb@gmail.com.

NO STUDENT will be prohibited from Marching Band due to FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.  In case of a Financial Hardship, please contact the Director of Bands, Dr. Daniel Kiene directly at dkiene@bryan.k12.ga.us. .

Band parents pay for fees and charges online using information from one of your bank account checks. If you prefer to use your credit card instead of bank account information, please fill out the form at the link above.  

Please be sure to carefully read the information prior to submitting the form.  Once you are enrolled, you will be able to use a credit or debit card for all Band invoice payments.

RHHSBB Reimbursement Check Request:

  • BEFORE buying anything for the band for which you want to be reimbursed, please confirm purchase approval via RHHSBB Board member.

  • Only purchases approved by the RHHSBB Board can be reimbursed

  • Reimbursement checks will typically be mailed to your house within 5-7 days
