1. Why is REGISTRATION and the deposit payment ($150) due on November 13th?
The tour company requires a deposit and a firm count of those attending on November 13th so they can secure airline tickets for our group. Once the deposit is made, you are committing to make the remaining payments.
2. What is cost of the trip?
$1100. Band Members will want to have additional spending money with them on the trip.
3. Can I make payments with a credit or debit card?
Yes. Please email our Treasurer, Dave London, if you have any difficulties or questions.
4. What if I still owe Band Fees?
5. Will there be fundraising opportunities to help reduce the cost of the trip?
