Hello, my name is Fred Tucker, and I would like to thank those of you who have expressed an interest in being a part of the 2017-2018 Richmond Hill High School Marching Band Transportation Committee.

Would it be possible for those of you that would like to volunteer on the transportation committee for the 2017-2018 season to meet at Snazzy's in Richmond Hill this Sunday, July 30, at 2:00 PM?  It would be great to meet everyone, exchange contact information, and get organized for the upcoming Richmond Hill High School Marching Band Season. We need to discuss the following topics:

1. Elect a Transportation Committee Co-Chairperson to become the Committee Chairperson for 2018-2019.

2. Determine how many volunteers we have on the roster.

3. Review the Band Season Schedule.

4. Explain the Transportation Committee's roles and responsibilities.

5. Meet with the Equipment Student Officers (if they are able to attend)

Even if you are unable to attend the meeting, please let me know if you are interested in serving on the transportation committee this year. My contact information is listed below. Volunteering for the Richmond Hill High School Transportation Committee ensures that your student's instrument, uniform, hat, and all the band equipment make it to the game, competition, parade, or whatever event they are participating in, so it is a very important volunteer position within the band. If you know anyone else who is interested being on the transportation committee, please bring them with you to the meeting.Thank you again for supporting the Marching Wildcats!
